Location Location Location!   Arlington VA real estate is stimulated by it's proximity to Georgetown, downtown Washington D.C., and the fact that the METRO (Orange & Blue lines) goes right thru it.  Between Rosslyn, Fairfax and Glebe Rd there are about a half dozen stops.  Along this location there are a mixture of different restaurants and services.
